Confoco is the world's largest producer of baby food grade drum dried banana flakes and powders. Our Trobana™ brand is synonymous with quality, nutrition and flavour. Fresh bananas are carefully selected from the plantations of Ecuador to guarantee all year, high volume production of premium quality flakes and powders, which conform to strict international standards for infant nutrition. Whilst tropicals are our best selling ingredients, we offer a complete of controlled production fruit and vegetable flakes and powders to meet our customers' expectations of versatility and value. Confoco recommends

	Confoco's of drum dried fruit and vegetable flakes and powders have been exclusively produced for the manufacture of dry mix baby food, adding nutrients and flavour to cereal and rice based meals. Our 100% pure Tropla™ banana flakes have been used for decades by the world's leading baby food producers as the ideal inclusion in Stage 1 meals, suitable for the most delicate stomach. Whilst banana is our number one seller, our 100% pure fruit pineapple, mango and o have experienced increased demand.

	Confoco's Trobana™ banana purees were developed specifically for wet baby food products. The fresh bananas used are also sourced from our Ecuadorian baby food grade plantations. Aseptically packed, with excellent colour and consistency, neutral pH, complex carbohydrates, natural sugars and high potassium, banana puree is the ideal food for baby. Our natural banana essence can be used to enhance flavour.

	Confoco's Trogreen™ banana flour makes an ideal natural thickener, replacing modified starches and additives. It's gelling and water absorption properties help reduce water activity and syneresis in wet baby jar applications as well as boost the fruit content. It can also be used to help aid infant digestion due to the natural levels of fructo oligo saccharides.

	Need to add texture to a baby food? Confoco's apple flakes will spring back into fresh tasting apple pieces on reconstitution, encouraging baby to chew. Ideal for Stage 2 and 3 meals.
