All of our fruits are carefully dried to preserve the natural goodness and vitamins of the real fruit, using principally freeze dried, air dried, vacuum dried and drum drying technologies.
 
Confoco's vacuum dried fruit, which includes banana, mango, pineapple and raspberry, is the perfect partner to cereal, adding a more vibrant colour, refreshing taste and crunchier alternative to other products.
 
Our crunchy banana slices are a healthy alternative to traditional banana chips, adding only natural banana flavours and fruit sugars.
 
Confoco's extensive apple range turns a traditional cereal inclusion into something more exciting and appealing. We carefully select the variety of apple to compliment the flavour requirements of the final application, whether it is tart or sweet, fresh or creamy.
